They accidentally sent wrong item, I called them and they fixed it immediately. I ordered another item that night. I will order from them again.

On the Fulfillment of the Proxy Travel Pack Order

After I received my travel pack order, everything was fine except for the ball cap. The ball cap neck had been damaged. I followed up with SFV through email and Mike responded with replacing that damaged piece and graciously included a small gift for my troubles. Though I wish things had gone smoothly all throughout, sometimes misfortunate things like unseen damages can happen. SFV handled my situation satisfactorily.
